BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

In order to provide the best customer service possible, we require credit cards to hold appointment times. Your card will not be charged until after the appointment has been completed. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. 

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Our booking software will send a confirmation of your appointment time at the time of booking.  Then again, your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, via email and/or text.  We do this because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you scheduled out in advance.  We hope this helps to avoid cancellations or no-shows.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be changed at any time through our booking links.  However, appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service cost at the time of change/cancellation.

 

ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

In an effort to give each client the full attention and time they deserve, we cannot service someone who is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment.  Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment to keep all appointments running on time so that each client can receive a timely and attentive service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service cost. 

No-Shows will be considered in violation of this policy and will be subject to 100% of the reserved service cost.

Clients who have no-showed for previous appointments will be asked to pre-pay for their visit when booking future appointments.
